StevenDouglas has been retained on an outstanding Director of Finance and Accounting search in Austin, Texas. This is the most senior level Finance position within this high growth business. Company is offering relocation assistance for the “right” individual.
Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Finance will oversee both the Accounting and Finance functions of this Company overseeing the establishment, execution, and close-out of the Company’s finances and associated contracts. This is a supervisory position, leading the finance and accounting team for the company.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or business related field.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience, including supervisory experience
Strong working FAR knowledge
Must possess government contracting industry / DoD experience with business systems required
Must have or be eligible for a Security Level 1 Clearance
Deltek systems experience is a plus, not a requirement
