Medical Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse – Days
We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center in Marion, IL.

This position is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a medical surgical and telemetry setting. The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized patient care based on their unique needs and circumstances.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement comprehensive care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- A valid RN license in the state of Illinois.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
