Job Summary: We are seeking a confident and articulate female Student Visa Consultant who can communicate fluently in English and build trust with prospective students. This role requires a persuasive communicator with a passion for helping students navigate the visa process and an ability to clearly explain documentation and eligibility requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads
- Assist students throughout the visa application process, from initial inquiry to final submission
- Explain eligibility criteria and required documentation clearly and confidently
- Engage clients in a persuasive, professional manner to promote services
- Convert inquiries into enrollments using effective sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with visa regulations, policies, and procedural updates
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confident and engaging personality with strong sales and interpersonal skills
- Experience in outbound calling and client follow-up
- Passion for education and student success
- Prior experience in student visa consulting or a sales-driven role preferred
