Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
- Design and execute effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly
- Implement performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies
- Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes
- Lead organizational change initiatives and support employees through transitions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of HR management experience, preferably handling 100+ employees
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
