Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Handle outbound calls related to UK debt management and IVA solutions
- Analyze client financial documents and provide guidance on suitable debt resolution plans
- Ensure strict compliance with UK financial regulations and data protection laws
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process or IVA process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
- Willingness to work in a UK Shift (1:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST)
