Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that align with design principles and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and other designers) to create designs that improve the user experience.
- Ensure consistency and quality of designs across platforms and devices.
- Leverage UI libraries like Material UI, ShadCN, or similar to streamline design processes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and improve functionality.
- Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Assist the development team by preparing design assets, specifications, and providing design support during the implementation phase.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong experience in web design, including responsive design principles.
- Proficiency with UI libraries such as Material UI, ShadCN, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for designing interactive prototypes.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
