Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates across BPO roles
    • Coordinate with operations to understand hiring requirements
    • Manage joining formalities and employee documentation
    • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
    • Organize engagement activities and initiatives to improve employee morale
    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
    • Maintain a healthy and inclusive work environment
  • Attendance & Payroll Coordination:
    • Maintain attendance records and leave data
    • Coordinate with payroll team for monthly processing inputs
    • Ensure accuracy in timesheets and shift rosters
  • Compliance & Record Keeping:
    • Ensure adherence to statutory and company policies (PF, ESI, etc.)
    • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HRIS data
    • Assist in audits and compliance reporting
  • Performance & Exit Management:
    • Support probation reviews, appraisals, and performance discussions
    • Coordinate exit interviews and full & final settlement processes
