Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates across BPO roles
- Coordinate with operations to understand hiring requirements
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs
- Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Organize engagement activities and initiatives to improve employee morale
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Maintain a healthy and inclusive work environment
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination:
- Maintain attendance records and leave data
- Coordinate with payroll team for monthly processing inputs
- Ensure accuracy in timesheets and shift rosters
- Compliance & Record Keeping:
- Ensure adherence to statutory and company policies (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and HRIS data
- Assist in audits and compliance reporting
- Performance & Exit Management:
- Support probation reviews, appraisals, and performance discussions
- Coordinate exit interviews and full & final settlement processes
