LeapForWord is a product NGO committed to eliminating the single biggest bottleneck of Poor English Capabilities, which prohibits students of regional language communities from accessing Professional Education & better Employment Opportunities. LeapForWord primarily works with English teachers from government schools. Throughout the academic year, we engage closely with these educators—training them in our methods, sharing curriculum content and quizzes via WhatsApp, and consistently motivating them to implement our program in their classrooms. We are currently operational in 12 states, having reached over 5.3+lakh teachers and positively impacted 5.4+million students through their efforts

Where do you come in:
We are looking for a Senior Executive for Hindi State Projects, to oversee the project operations.The overall responsibility includes creating a comprehensive project execution plan aligned with organizational objectives, leading and managing the teacher support team, actively seeking and incorporating feedback from teachers, refining the execution strategy based on insights received, and consistently monitoring and reporting on project progress to ensure timely and effective implementation.
Key responsibilities that you will have:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Should be willing and open to travel to the Project State, as per project requirements.
- Define the scope of work and monitor to ensure all milestones are achieved.
- Formulating and executing operational strategies to achieve company goals.
- Monitoring and improving operational processes, workflows, and systems.
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Key skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2-3 years of work experience in operations management roles .
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex operational challenges.
- The regional language should be strong+decent English Capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in the nonprofit sector would be a plus.
- Applicants are supposed to know Marathi, Hindi and English.
