We’re seeking a skilled Python developer to design, build, and deploy scalable backend systems that drive Foto Owl’s innovative platforms.
Required Skills
- Python Backend expertise.
- data structures and algorithms.
- SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, etc.) databases.
- RESTful API and microservice design.
- AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.
- Containerization (Docker), Kubernetis.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable, and secure backend architectures with minimal supervision.
- Lead the backend design of new features and platforms, driving key architectural decisions.
- Build and maintain APIs and data pipelines to support web, mobile, and AI-driven services.
- Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability in high-throughput environments.
- Ensure robustness, security, and observability across backend services.
- Work on AWS infrastructure for deployment, scaling, monitoring, and automation.
- Mentor junior developers, review code, and help set engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with efficiency and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience required: Minimum 2 years (Python Backend Developer)
Note:
- The last two rounds of interviews will be conducted at the Foto Owl office in Baner, Pune.
- Interviews will primarily focused on Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.
