Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
- Understand and address clients’ business needs and objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist the sales team in up-selling or cross-selling products and services.
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
- Study competition and market trends to find new ways to retain clients.
- Set and meet sales and revenue targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to address client needs.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English/Fluency in English
- Basic understanding of sales or marketing
