As a Technical Mentor, you will:

Be in a versatile role which encompasses training delivery, content creation, product development, and eventually become an expert in the Placement domain.
Get trained and deliver expert classes in various topics that you have successfully added to your teaching portfolio
Understand & help improve the content in existing technology modules and create new ones

Requirements in short:

Candidates with excellent in-depth knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Experience in live projects and excellent programming skills will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to research and explore best practices in teaching and can contribute to the ongoing evolution of a comprehensive curriculum, with supporting exercises to produce valuable junior developers.
