Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Flutter Development Lead (BLoC State Management Expert) at Mobitech Wireless Solution Private Limited, located in Perundurai.
- The Flutter Development Lead will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining mobile applications using the Flutter framework, with an emphasis on BLoC state management. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet performance and quality standards.
- The role also involves mentoring junior developers and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Flutter and Dart programming languages
- Proficiency in BLoC state management pattern
- Experience with mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with version control systems, like Git
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the agricultural technology sector is a plus
