Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Have a thorough understanding of the sourcing, the nitty-gritties of a JD and target minimum drop-outs.
  • Experience in negotiating offers and closing candidates successfully.
  • Strong interpersonal, consulting and communication skills are necessary, as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT talent.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and hiring processes efficiently.
