Vertical Solutions is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our in-office team. This role is crucial for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our HR Operations. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and retain exceptional employees who will drive our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential hires.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information within the HRIS system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
Skills and Qualifications:
Core Skills:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
