Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage, schedule, and monitor content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
- Design engaging graphics, short videos, reels, carousels, and infographics using tools like Canva/Photoshop/Premiere Pro
- Stay on top of social trends, hashtags, and algorithms to optimize organic reach
- Collaborate with founders, design, and content teams to plan campaigns and digital stories
- Monitor performance via insights and analytics, and generate monthly reports with recommendations
- Interact with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build a community of engaged users
- Contribute ideas to amplify our social causes, consulting breakthroughs, and export initiatives
- Manage emailers/newsletters via Mailchimp/Substack (basic level preferred)
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of relevant social media/digital marketing experience (internships can count!)
- Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube content styles
- Creative thinking, strong copywriting and captioning skills, and a good sense of design aesthetics
- Hands-on with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software
- Ability to use basic analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent communication, responsiveness, and a growth mindset
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven startup environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience managing or creating content for NGOs, impact-based ventures, or founder-led brands
- Worked with email marketing, web CMS tools (like WordPress, Wix), or blog management
- Prior exposure to communication for policy, social justice, education, or export/manufacturing brands
- Knowledge of basic SEO, content strategy, or collaboration with influencers
