Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help with onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing or completed Graduation
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a positive attitude towards new challenges.
- Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.
