Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, documents, and databases.
- Support HR initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement, and feedback cycles.
- Draft HR communications and contribute to internal newsletters, policies, and training materials.
- Help plan and coordinate virtual events, team-building activities, and HR campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and confidentiality protocols.
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, with an expected graduation year in 2026 or 2027.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus.
- HR Knowledge:
- Understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and organizational behavior.
- Awareness of labor laws, ethics, and employee welfare is an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience:
- Prior internship or project experience in HR functions or people management is preferred.
