We are building a strong remote bench of backend developers for ongoing and upcoming projects with global SaaS, FinTech, and product-based startups across the US, UK, and MENA regions.
Selected developers will get opportunities to work on exciting projects with flexibility, clear deliverables, and competitive monthly retainers.
Core Skills Required:
(You should be confident in at least 1–2 of the stacks below)
Primary Languages & Frameworks:
- Node.js (with Express.js or NestJS)
- Python (with Django or FastAPI)
- Golang (optional)
API Development & Integrations:
- REST API development and consumption
- Auth systems (JWT, OAuth2)
- Swagger/Postman for documentation & testing
Databases:
- PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis
- Database design, indexing, query optimization
Tools & Workflows:
- Git & GitHub workflows
- Docker (preferred)
- Unit testing (e.g., Jest, PyTest)
- Basic CI/CD pipelines (optional but a plus)
Cloud Experience (Bonus):
- AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with deployment, S3, Lambda, etc.
Ideal Candidate Should Be:
- Able to take ownership of a backend module independently
- Comfortable working in distributed teams and managing time zones
- Strong in debugging, API performance, and backend logic
- Able to clearly communicate blockers, updates, and async stand-ups
