We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate .NET Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C# and/or VB.NET) and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web and desktop applications using .NET Framework, C#, and/or VB.NET.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under guidance.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
- Work with senior developers to implement technical solutions.
- Assist in bug fixing, performance tuning, and application testing.
- Maintain proper documentation for code and system designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and understanding business needs.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
- Basic knowledge of C# or VB.NET.
- Understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles.
