Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop APIs for payroll processing, compliance alerts, and employee management.
- Work with databases to design schemas for employees, salary, and compliance reports.
- Implement payroll rules (PF, ESI, TDS, overtime, leaves).
- Optimize backend performance and handle data security.
- Write unit tests and debug backend issues.
- Work on role-based dashboards (Admin, HR, Employee, Client).
- Participate in daily stand-ups to share progress and challenges.
- Write clean, scalable code for backend.
