Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Build user-friendly UI screens for the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal.
- Develop responsive designs for key modules like leave requests, payslips, and attendance view.
- Connect frontend with backend APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
- Ensure mobile accessibility and performance (React Native/Flutter if applicable).
- Debug and fix UI/UX issues reported during testing.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams for smooth delivery.
