We are now looking for a WordPress Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in WordPress development & web design while gaining exposure to live client projects in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
Role Overview:
As a WordPress Intern, you will support the web team in designing, developing, and optimizing websites for RSXigital and our clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with modern tools, real clients, and live projects. High-performing interns will be offered a full-time role with salary and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing & developing WordPress websites using Elementor, Divi, or other page builders.
- Support in plugin/theme installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure responsive, SEO-friendly, and optimized websites.
- Handle content updates, formatting, and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams for project execution.
- Research and suggest improvements for website performance, speed, and UI/UX.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with popular page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, etc.).
- Understanding of responsive design & mobile optimization.
- Curiosity to learn, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with WooCommerce setup/customization.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Basic graphic/design exposure (Canva, Photoshop, Figma).
