Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by assisting with surveys, feedback sessions, and communication efforts.
- Contribute to HR compliance by assisting with maintaining employee records and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
