About the Role:
- We are offering a 6-month UI/UX Designer Internship for freshers passionate about creating engaging, user-centered digital experiences. This internship is perfect for individuals eager to apply their design skills in real-world projects while working alongside experienced designers. You will gain hands-on experience, build a strong portfolio, and receive a stipend during the internship.
- As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will work on diverse projects that include web, mobile, and cross-platform design, solving real business challenges, and directly contributing to the success of client projects. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers in a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research & Analysis:
- Assist in conducting user research, surveys, and interviews.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify design opportunities.
- Wireframing & Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Work with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch to develop high-quality user interfaces.
- UI/UX Design Execution:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with project requirements.
- Ensure consistency in design across platforms and devices (responsive design for web and mobile).
- Collaboration & Feedback:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, product) to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.
- Testing & Iteration:
- Conduct usability testing to evaluate user experiences.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on testing feedback and client requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or students in their final year with a focus on design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Strong interest in UI/UX Design and creating seamless digital experiences.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar (training will be provided if needed).
- Basic understanding of UX research methods and design principles.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
