Key Responsibilities
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively handling daily HR and recruitment activities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
- Sourcing candidates through job portals and other hiring channels
- Planning and executing mass hiring drives and bulk recruitment
- Organizing and managing campus recruitment programs
- Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Managing historical employee data, appraisals, and scheduling
- Preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and other official correspondence
- Ensuring legal and policy compliance across HR functions
Required Skills & Competencies
Candidates should possess:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with job portals and hiring tools
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
