We’re looking for 3-5 years of experience in US Real Estate Valuation to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform US real estate valuations using Cost, Sales Comparison, and Income Capitalization approaches.
- Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, leases, and market data.
- Build valuation models and prepare high-quality reports.
- Conduct market research using CoStar, RCA Analytics, and similar databases.
- Collaborate with clients, onshore teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Review analyses, manage multiple engagements, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
- Post Graduation degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of US real estate valuation experience.
- Hands-on experience with Argus Enterprise, CoStar/RCA Analytics, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working with global teams is preferred.
