Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Experience in Account Management, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between internal teams and clients.
- Ability to create and deliver clear, impactful Presentations tailored to client needs and campaign objectives.
- Solid Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and handling feedback in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Understanding of marketing and advertising concepts, preferably with exposure to digital and traditional marketing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced agency setting and collaborating with cross-functional creative, digital, and strategy teams.
- Minimum Experience 2-3 Years.
