I need one person who can own two things, hiring and management.
What you’ll do:
- Finding talent is the main job. Editors, AI artists, designers, writers – you keep finding great people, all the time.
- Manage the full hiring process – shortlisting, screening, test tasks.
- Manage the team and delegate projects to the right person.
- Follow up on execution so work gets delivered on time.
- Deal directly with creators and freelancers, and get work done.
- Assist me with day-to-day business operations.
