Job Title: Lead Python Developer

Strong experience with Python (Lead level): REST APIs, data pipelines, asynchronous programming, and integrations.Hands-on experience with SQL and working with both structured and unstructured data.Experience with React (Mid level): Capable of maintaining and extending existing UIs.Familiarity with MongoDB and data modeling for flexible schemas.Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS: EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.Working knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment.

Will be a plus:

Exposure to GenAI / LLM-powered solutions.Experience with NLP, semantic search, or transcript/text-based data analysis.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools.

Soft Skills:

Proven experience as a technical team lead: mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, driving architectural decisions.Strong communication skills, including the ability to interface directly with stakeholders and guide the team toward delivery.Ownership mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
