We are looking for individuals with strong skills in creative graphic design to join our mainline creative team. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled, and imaginative designer with an eye for detail. The candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design, typography, and most importantly, print/media communication. This role is specifically for designers with extensive experience in the print and mainline domain and who are passionate about working on print media creatives exclusively. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating impactful visuals for print campaigns across various offline mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various print and mainline media outlets.
• Understand design & copy and provide fresh approaches to creative communications.
• Ability to provide creative design solutions for mainline mediums such as print ads, outdoor creatives, brochures, newsletters, branding collaterals, and other offline communication materials.
• Work extensively on print media creatives and ensure high-quality output for all artworks.
• Consistently research new trends, shifts, and opportunities in the field of print and creative designing.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is an added plus.
• 4–8 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on print/mainline media.
• Excellent skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite), and CorelDraw.
• Proven experience in non-digital/print media work is a must.
• Strong conceptual thinking and understanding of print layouts, typography, and design aesthetics.
• Ability to understand overall client briefs and contribute ideas as well as design artwork, ultimately helping the team develop the final design.
• Ability to multitask under strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
