About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to create presentations, investment materials, and visual content used in investor discussions, fundraising, and real estate transactions. The role involves working with structured, data-driven content and converting raw information into clear, well-organised, and visually effective presentations.

The focus is on clarity, readability, strong visual hierarchy, and professional presentation design rather than purely creative artwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Design pitch decks, investor presentations, and business proposals

• Create clean and structured layouts for content-heavy slides

• Build charts, graphs, tables, and basic data visualisations from raw inputs

• Prepare investment teasers, project summaries, and proposal documents

• Clean, organise, and format datasets, tables, and schedules for presentation use

• Work with maps, AutoCAD drawings, and location-based visuals for real estate projects

• Highlight, mask, annotate, and simplify site plans and master plans to communicate key project information

• Translate unstructured content into clear visual narratives

• Ensure consistency in typography, layout, and visual language across documents

• Execute briefs accurately and incorporate feedback efficiently

• Support occasional social media creatives aligned with brand guidelines

• Explore fonts, colour palettes, and early-stage brand directions

• Source and curate visual references including logos, typography, layouts, and presentation styles

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience (internships and freelance work included)

• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Canva

• Working knowledge of Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools

• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD (viewing, editing, and exporting drawings)

• Good understanding of layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and typography

• Comfortable working with numbers, tables, charts, and structured business content

• Ability to work with maps, plans, and layout-based visuals

• Basic Excel skills, including chart creation and formatting

• Ability to structure information into clear, concise, and readable presentations

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback

Good to Have

• Experience designing presentations, reports, or business documents

• Exposure to charts, dashboards, and data visualisation

• Interest in finance, real estate, infrastructure, or business content

• Ability to interpret basic business graphs and performance metrics

• Experience working with site maps, master plans, or layout drawings

• Ability to highlight, annotate, and simplify map-based visuals

• Experience working on investor decks, consulting presentations, or real estate proposals

• Background in architecture, planning, interior design, or related fields

• Prior experience with a marketing, branding, or social media agency

Portfolio Requirements

• Portfolio must include at least three presentation or pitch deck samples

• Work containing charts, tables, maps, dashboards, or structured business content is preferred

• Real estate, finance, consulting, architecture, infrastructure, or investment-related work is a plus

• Pure social media, poster, branding, or illustration portfolios will not be considered
