Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, Lead and support the sales team to improve performance
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely order collection and payments.
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor’s degree in any industry.
- 1+ years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
