About the Role:

Basil Global is looking for a highly creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience creating engaging visuals for both digital and print. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, good skills in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with AI design tools, and the ability to work across different industries like Healthcare, Hospitality, and Consumer Durables.

• Manage multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines and keeping quality high.
• Stay updated on new design trends, industry best practices, and evolving AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of work experience in Graphic Design or a similar creative field.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Good with Canva and other modern design tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for design, creating images, content creation, and improving how you work.
• Basic to medium-level video editing skills, able to create engaging digital content.
• Strong understanding of branding, fonts, layout design, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Great attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on your own as well as with a team in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Healthcare, Hospitality, and Consumer Durable brands.
• A strong portfolio showing branding projects, digital campaigns, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
• Familiar with digital marketing and design strategies built around content.
