Summary of Position:
Alcon wants to hire a Workday Human Resources Information System – Business Analyst (HRIS – BA) to join our HRIS team in Bengaluru, India. This person will learn a lot about the customer’s business – how it works, what problems it faces, and what it needs. They will be the main contact for their part of the business, helping connect HR leaders, the software company, and customer teams to get the best results. They will also spot patterns in how services are delivered to customers and share this feedback with HRIS Management to help all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with the client by connecting the business, tech team, and software companies. This means figuring out what the business needs, weighing costs vs. benefits, explaining new features and upgrades, solving bigger problems, and giving ongoing support -including improvements, new projects, clear communication, and managing change.
- Make sure HRIS services match the company’s strategy, goals, needs, standards, and rules.
- Understand the processes, plans, goals, and problems related to the business area, as well as any outside rules and policies that apply.
- Give advice on HRIS to the people involved, teach them about how the system works, and encourage them to use global solutions.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience, including 4+ years working with Workday
- Certified in Workday HCM (optional)
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Master’s in Business Administration or a similar Master’s degree
- Experience in Project Management and/or designing processes is a plus
Shift Timings: 11AM to 9PM, with some flexibility
