Role Description

As an Environmental Graphic Designer (Remote) at Team-91, you will work full-time. Your job is to design visual systems that connect people with spaces around them. You will create graphics, signs, and direction boards that match the brand’s look and make it easier for people to move through and use physical or mixed (online + physical) spaces.

Your daily tasks will include coming up with design ideas, making detailed layouts and plans, working with clients and the internal team, and preparing files that are ready for printing. You will also research visuals, improve your designs based on feedback, and work with manufacturers or vendors to make sure the graphics are made correctly.

This job needs you to communicate well on your own (without being told every time) since it’s remote, manage your time well, and always meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in environmental design and environmental graphics to create well-connected physical spaces.
• Skilled in wayfinding (direction systems) and visual communication, to create clear, easy-to-follow navigation and signs.
• Experience with graphics and layout design using standard industry tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, vector-based software).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equal practical experience).
• A shown portfolio of environmental and wayfinding projects, showing both the idea process and final result.
• Ability to understand plans, work with different types of teams, and turn brand guidelines into physical space designs.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple remote projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment, with clear written and spoken English communication.
