Your mission

• You will build, expand, and maintain our Java products within a Scrum team.
• You will work closely with Frontend Developers, Product Management, Project Management, QA, Support, and Sales.
• You will guide, give feedback, and share your knowledge with your team.
• You will use the right tools for the job, using your analytical skills to match customer needs.
• You will be involved in all stages of building software.
• You will keep improving code quality through reviews, code cleanup, and following best practices.

Your profile

• You have at least 6+ years of experience as a Java Backend Developer
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• You have deep knowledge of Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, REST, and SQL.
• You have experience with Scrum, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL, Multithreading, Memory Management, Performance Analysis, and Memory Dump Analysis.
• You have built web applications with a focus on growth, speed, and security.
• You work well with others as part of a team, love learning new technologies, and are committed to delivering good quality work.

More than 350 banks, exchanges, and government offices in 19 countries use our custom-built systems every day. These systems use market data from our partner company LSEG, along with over 250 other data sources and partners.

Our systems handle information for over 15 million financial products from more than 1,000 international exchanges and other trading places. They also do real-time calculations of ratios and formulas for over 3 million derivatives – a type of financial contract based on other assets, like stocks or bonds.
