Position Title: Manager HR Operations

Position Summary:
The Manager – HR Operations oversees the entire HR process, making sure HR services run smoothly, policies are put into action, and rules are followed. This role manages Performance Management Systems, leads HR budgeting and workforce planning, and provides data-based insights through advanced HR analytics to support important decisions and improve how well the organization runs.
Job Description:
HR Operations Management
- Oversee the entire employee journey (joining, leaving, transfers, letters, HR helpdesk).
- Make sure service agreements, rules, and audit requirements are followed across all HR Operations.
- Lead a team to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services.
- Set up, monitor, and improve standard procedures and service standards.
- Work with different teams (Payroll, Finance, Admin, IT) to make sure employees have a smooth experience.
Annual Compensation Review Cycle
- Lead the entire salary review process, including planning, timelines, review meetings, and system readiness.
- Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits team on salary comparisons, merit and bonus decisions, and fairness checks within the company.
- Support communication, guidelines, and training for managers during the salary review process.
- Make sure data is accurate, approvals are in place, and the process is properly managed at every stage.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain HR dashboards, reports (MIS), and analysis for leadership.
- Make sure data is accurate, standardized, and well-managed across all HR systems.
- Give insights on workforce trends (employee turnover, hiring, productivity, talent movement, staff numbers).
- Work with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to turn data into clear, useful recommendations.
Budgeting, Headcount & Manpower Cost Management
- Lead the yearly HR budgeting process, working with Finance and business leaders.
- Manage and track manpower costs, including forecasting, checking for differences, and monthly reconciliation.
- Track approved vs. actual staff numbers, open positions, and their cost impact.
- Make sure staffing rules, approvals, and controls are properly followed.
HR Automation & Process Improvement
- Find ways to automate HR processes to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
- Work with IT and software vendors to improve HR technology (HRIS systems, workflows, dashboards).
- Lead digital projects and simplify manual processes using technology.
- Make sure systems stay stable, data stays accurate, and processes keep improving.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate (preferably B.Com) with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
Work Experience:
The right candidate is an experienced HR professional with 8–10 years of hands-on experience managing full HR Operations. This includes handling the employee journey from joining to leaving, following rules, and putting policies into action.
They should have strong knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS), Annual Compensation Review (ACR), and HR MIS reporting. They should also have proven skills in HR budgeting, workforce planning, and data-based analysis.
