WHO YOU ARE:
- Must have 1–2 years of full-time work experience in graphic design.
- Skilled with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Have a data-driven mindset and be creative from the heart.
- Perform well in a rapidly changing environment.
- You are a highly goal-focused person with excellent communication skills.
- You have strong opinions, and strong at solving problems.
- Strong team management skills and the able to work with different teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work with the content/copy and account management teams to transform briefs into powerful designs for assigned brands.
- Create practical design solutions that work across various platforms such as social media, websites, email, offline materials, etc.
- Come up with ideas and turn campaign concepts into strong visual direction – not just carrying out someone else’s plan.
- Follow brand guidelines for each client, maintain consistency across all tasks.
- Brainstorm design ideas with your brand teams.
- Guide and support junior designers when needed, helping maintain quality across the team.
- Make sure design work runs smoothly for your assigned brands.
- Most important, you will push yourself to produce high-quality work.
