What You’ll Do

• Handle the whole automation process, from the start to finish, debugging, testing, and putting it into use.
• Write documentation that follows the Reporting Center of standards and rules.
• Review and Check that all automated solutions meet goals and work with the lead engineer.
• Build and review documentation to keep automation running smoothly, and help with team training and professional growth.
• Maintain and fix issues in over 500 existing automation processes, to keep operations consistent, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Lead regular meetings with business partners, share technical and functional knowledge, find automation opportunities, and guiding people in set up successful processes.
• Research and write code to improve existing automations, focusing for faster results solutions.
• Support the Reporting Center of Excellence with both big and practical automation plans.
• Guide the development of automation solutions using Python, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and other tools, to make tasks easier.
• Carefully review automation code written by team members, provide feedback and making sure it meets company standards.
• Mentor and train junior engineers to improve their skills in Python, Blue Prism, and problem-solving.
• Find ways to make processes better and implement solutions for smoother automation.
• Add AI/ML features to automation work where suitable.
• Test new tools and frameworks to see how well they work for automation.

What We’re Looking For

• High-level Python skills.
• Proven experience in Blue Prism automation.
• Experience using Power Automate.
• Experience working with AI tools such as Gemini, Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Snowflake Cortex.
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Able to handle different types of data sources, including several ERP systems and older/legacy systems.
• Ability to set and reach goals.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong people skills.
• Shows a strong sense of personal and professional responsibility.
• Ability to handle changing demands and adjust to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Automation Development.
• Skilled in Python, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Agentic Automation, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Preferred experience in R, SQL, Java, C++, C#, HTML, Selenium, Copilot Studio, Snowflake or another Data Warehouse tool, PowerBI or another data visualization tool, IPA, Anaplan, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Concur.
