Job Ad – Operations Head
- Role: Operations Head
- Budget: Up to 60 LPA
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in FMCG/Personal Care operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end operations: manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, customer fulfillment.
- Drive customer service KPIs: Fill Rate, OTIF, and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee demand planning with close coordination between manufacturing units and sales.
- Ensure manufacturing excellence: process optimization, compliance (ISO, GMP), and productivity improvement.
- Own cost and efficiency initiatives with direct impact on P&L.
- Provide strong people leadership, managing large teams and cross functional collaboration.
