About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative designer who understands that video is the future of digital marketing. Your main job will be creating short videos, motion graphics, AI-made visuals, and high-converting ad designs that boost engagement and drive sales. You should be comfortable using modern AI tools to greatly improve both creativity and speed of work.
Key Responsibilities
Video Creation (this is the main part of the job, about 70%) means making fun and interesting videos like Instagram Reels, Facebook video ads, YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, motion graphics, ads, travel videos, videos for new products, customer review videos, and videos for the company.
AI Content Creation means using AI tools to make marketing pictures, travel pictures, AI-made backgrounds, product mockups, ad videos, videos with talking AI characters, better-looking images, higher quality videos, and new creative ideas.
Graphic Design covers designing Facebook Ads, Instagram Creatives, Carousel Posts, Stories, Thumbnails, Website Banners, Email Designs, Landing Page Graphics, Brochures, and Digital Marketing Materials.
Marketing Support means working closely with the Performance Marketing Team, Content Writers, Social Media Team, and Sales Team. You’ll make designs that help get more clicks, more sales, and better results for our campaigns.
Required Skills
Must Have:
at least 2-4 years of experience, strong video editing skills, experience with motion graphics, experience using AI to create content, great skill in telling stories through visuals, good understanding of social media content, ability to finish work fast, creative thinking, and ability to work without much help.
AI Tools Experience is required.
You should have real, hands-on experience using some of these tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Leonardo AI, Flux, Canva AI, CapCut AI, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs. Experience with other AI tools is an extra plus.
Software Skills
require strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and Canva. Knowledge of Blender, DaVinci Resolve, or Cinema 4D is an added benefit.

Salary
