Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Own Android development end-to-end – from architecture to release.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate new features in a high-feedback loop.
- Craft blazing-fast, pixel-perfect UIs that feel magical to use.
- Go deep in Kotlin, work closely with Firebase and Android SDKs.
- Work directly with founders, PMs, and designers – no silos, no layers.
- Shape tech decisions, team culture, and the DNA of the app.
Requirements:
- Have 3–6 years of solid Android development experience.
- Have built and shipped apps from scratch – and loved it.
- Are hungry to build something impactful and world-class.
- Take ownership without being asked – and bring solutions, not problems.
- Are high on energy, low on ego, and never say “that’s not my job.”
- Want to be in the room where 0-to-1 decisions happen.
