Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Android applications from scratch.
- Feature Implementation: Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to define, design, and implement new app features.
- API Integration: Work with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based backends to enhance app functionality.
- UI/UX Optimization: Ensure smooth and user-friendly interface experiences by following best UI/UX design principles.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
- Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.
- Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best coding practices.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure application security and compliance with data protection policies.
- Technology Adoption: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Android development.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java (Kotlin is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack Components, and MVVM architecture.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries (Retrofit, Glide, etc.).
- Familiarity with Firebase, Room Database, SQLite, and cloud integration.
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Understanding of Google Play Store deployment and app release processes.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
