Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Python Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable backend systems that power our AI-driven hiring platform. You will work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and frontend developers to develop APIs, optimize databases, integrate AI services, and build reliable cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
- Build RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Develop secure, efficient, and maintainable application architecture.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal microservices.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate LLMs and AI-powered features.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering best practices.
- Work with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
- Contribute to system design discussions and backend architecture improvements.
Required Skills
- Experience in Python backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask.
- Good understanding of REST APIs.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Basic understanding of Docker and containerized applications.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and API security.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience working with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Knowledge of AI/LLM integrations, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience is also welcome.
