Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a team of at least 10 people using your professional network and previous industry connections.
- Onboard new channel partners every day to consistently generate quality leads for the team.
- Take complete ownership of the team’s performance, productivity, and target achievement.
- Ensure the team consistently achieves 80-90% of their defined targets.
- Follow the company SOPs to monitor the right performance metrics and identify gaps within the team.
- Conduct regular reviews, provide feedback, and take corrective actions to improve individual and team performance.
- Ensure there are no major gaps in lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and team productivity.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve their performance and achieve business goals.
- Be accountable for the overall business output of the team.
