Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our exceptional team at Midwest Physicians Anesthesia Service. As an independent group, we solely service Froedtert South Pleasant Prairie Hospital, and our commitment to the community spans multiple decades.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective anesthetic plans and execute them safely.
- Manage patient airway and respiratory status, ensuring optimal care.
- Monitor patients pre-, intra- and post-operatively, recording accurate findings.
- Prepare operating rooms, set up equipment and supplies, and ensure proper gas management.
- Conduct regular patient visits, documenting legible records.
- Order and assess diagnostic tests as needed.
- Stay current with latest advances in anesthesia, including new equipment and techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or relevant undergraduate degree required.
- Current Wisconsin license to practice as a registered nurse is mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in airway management and chronic pain treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
- Strong understanding of current anesthesia practices and techniques necessary.
