Role Description
This is a FULL-TIME, ON SITE JOB (Pune)
We are looking for a design rockstar who can whip up jaw-dropping designs that capture our brand’s fresh and natural vibe. From packaging to typography to social media graphics, you’ll make every design pop!
We are currently lean, fast, and growing. We do not have room for passengers. We need owners. If you want to work in a startup environment where you will actually shape the brand identity and be a part of the core team, come talk to us.
What you will own:
- Social first design: If it is on a screen, you own it. Reels covers, Stories, carousels. You will be building assets that are platform native, not just print designs squeezed into a phone screen.
- Performance Creative: You will work with us to build Meta ad creative, testing hooks and visuals until we find what converts. You will learn as much from the data as you do from your design tools.
- Asset Evolution: You will build and maintain our brand library. Templates, color systems, type guidelines. You are the guardian of how the brand looks as we scale.
- The New Factor: I do not want someone who just executes briefs. I want you to bring the trends in. Scout new formats, prototype new ideas, and tell us why we should try them.
What we are looking for:
- Digital first portfolio: If your portfolio is mostly brochures and business cards, this is not the right fit. Show me you understand pacing, thumb stopping motion, and how content actually performs.
- Platform Intuition: You know why a carousel works better than a static image on a certain platform. You understand mechanics, not just aesthetics.
- Founder level collaboration: We are a small team. You will be working directly with us. You need to be comfortable with a fast, occasionally unstructured environment.
- Bonus: Experience in D2C, F&B, or the baby and parenting category.
