About the Opportunity: Digital Marketer / Lead Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. They play a vital role in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, generating leads, and acquiring customers.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Strategy Development & Execution
    • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid ads
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
    • Create lead generation strategies for B2B/B2C channels
    • Use lead magnets, landing pages, forms, and CRM tools to capture and nurture leads
    • Analyze conversion rates and optimize user journeys
  • Paid Advertising
    • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
    • Monitor budgets, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and KPIs
  • Social Media & Content Marketing
    • Oversee content creation and distribution across platforms including blogs, videos, social media posts, etc.
    • Build and maintain a consistent brand presence on social channels
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools to monitor performance
    • Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Marketing Automation & CRM
    • Implement and optimize email marketing, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows
    • Manage marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, or Salesforce for lead management and tracking
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and competitors’ activities
    • Use data to inform campaign strategies and innovation
  • Branding & Communication
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
    • Develop messaging and positioning strategies that align with target audience personas
