We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive to work closely with our Founder & CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys taking ownership, and is passionate about enabling founders to focus on high-impact, strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for the Founder — manage calendars, emails, appointments, and schedules.
  • Liaise with government departments and officials for documentation, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Reach out to government authorities to pitch Beltech AI’s business solutions, schedule product demos, and lead initial discussions.
  • Coordinate internal reviews, meetings, and investor interactions, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up.
  • Manage domestic and international travel plans and logistics.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Draft and edit internal/external communications, meeting notes, memos, and reports.
  • Support compliance, documentation, and interdepartmental coordination.
  • Track key tasks and action items for timely execution.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • 0–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role in a Founder’s Office.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
