What You’ll Do
- Help build products that match Aristocrat’s overall product plan.
- Lead full-stack development using Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.
- Work with the team on both front-end and back-end game development projects.
- Motivate the team with your strong passion and drive for all things technical.
- Look ahead to spot risks and create backup plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new developments.
- Maintain and update existing games with the latest internal tools, following ongoing integration practices.
- Build, set up, and maintain new slot and casino games, features, and functions in Aristocrat’s Interactive products.
- Work with team members to improve guidelines.
- Take full ownership of the modules/features you’re assigned.
- Work closely with Software Architects, Product Managers, developers, subject experts, and others on your assigned work.
- Analyze and estimate tasks accurately, with as little error as possible.
- Do well in an open, fun, yet challenging environment that offers huge chances for professional and personal growth.
What We’re Looking For
- B.Tech. / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech. in Computer Science, along with over 3 years of experience.
- At least 4 years of experience developing with Angular, jQuery, HTML5, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Agile development methods, ideally Scrum.
- At least 3 years of experience in back-end development using Java.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Strong people skills, along with the ability to support and encourage others.
